ABOUT US
Pak Alive People Aid (PAPA) is a dedicated non-governmental organization working to uplift underprivileged communities across Pakistan. Guided by compassion and equality, we focus on education, empowerment, inclusivity, and sustainable development. Through our flagship initiative Rah-e-Khidmat, we are committed to building a Pakistan where every individual — including women, youth, transgender people, and persons with disabilities — has access to dignity, safety, opportunities, and growth.
Our work reflects a simple belief: true change begins with serving humanity.
OUR COMMITMENT
At PAPA, we are committed to creating long-lasting and meaningful impact in society. Our promise is to provide quality education to children from marginalized communities and offer safe shelter to homeless and vulnerable children who deserve protection and care. We ensure that women, transgender individuals, and differently-abled persons have access to practical, skill-based learning opportunities that can transform their lives. We actively support eco-friendly and sustainable living through modern mud-house projects designed for healthier, greener communities. Every step we take is grounded in transparency, integrity, and accountability, allowing us to deliver help where it is needed the most. Our ultimate commitment is not just to provide aid, but to build communities where everyone can live with respect, equality, security, and a future filled with hope.
OUR STORY
Pak Alive People Aid was founded with a vision to build a more compassionate and inclusive Pakistan. What began as a small effort to support local communities gradually grew into a structured NGO with impactful and sustainable programs. Our journey took shape with Rah-e-Khidmat — “The Path of Service,” a philosophy that guides every step we take. We began by supporting education for children in underserved areas, and soon expanded our work into shelter projects, skill development initiatives, disability inclusion, and eco-friendly housing solutions designed for long-term community uplift. Today, PAPA stands as a symbol of hope for families who lack access to education, opportunity, and safety. From a single idea grew a movement — and that movement continues to transform lives across Pakistan.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create sustainable, inclusive, and eco-friendly communities where every person — regardless of background or ability — can live, learn, and grow. Through our Education Community Complexes, we aim to provide free learning opportunities to children while offering vocational and IT training to youth and differently-abled individuals. We are committed to empowering women and transgender persons with income-generating skills, promoting green living through eco-friendly mud-house designs, and inspiring young people through our dedicated Volunteer Program. Along with this, we support vulnerable families through our Ramzan initiatives and Zakat/Sadqah programs to ensure help reaches those who need it most. We believe that a better Pakistan begins with equal opportunities for all — and this is the mission we strive to fulfill every single day.

OUR PROCESS
Our work follows a clear, transparent, and community-centered process. We begin by understanding community needs through surveys, field visits, and direct discussions to identify the real challenges faced by children, women, and vulnerable groups. Using our Rah-e-Khidmat framework, we design targeted programs such as education centers, skill-development labs, and shelter projects. Every phase of implementation is carried out with complete transparency, accountability, and close monitoring to ensure trust and impact. Our focus remains on long-term empowerment by providing education, practical skills, and eco-friendly structures that help communities grow independently. Youth volunteers play a vital role in teaching, organizing events, and raising awareness within these communities. Each project is regularly evaluated, and improvements are made to maximize impact, strengthen sustainability, and maintain the trust of our donors.
